  • I bought a PDF pattern from you and I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
    Upon checkout, you will see a download link for the pattern, and you should also receive an email within 24 hours to download the file. If this is not the case, please contact me via email or through the contact page with your order number.

    What is your refund policy?

    I am unable to refund any PDF pattern purchases because the orders are fulfilled immediately and automatically once checkout is complete. At that point, there is no way to “return” the file to me. Any other refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

  • I need clarification on a pattern you have on the blog or that I purchased.

    Please contact me via email, the contact page, or even send me a DM! We’ll get you on the right track.
